WE ARE THE TWISTER PAPARAZzI
Chances are you have seen me camera in hand at the competitions or around the gym. During competition season we scale back on the amount of portrait work we take on so that we can devote our weekends to the world's greatest athletes Twister Cheeleaders. We have now followed the Twisters cheerleaders at 3 competitions and had a blast. It makes for a long day though far cry from the days of just showing up when my daughter was to be there to compete. It now requires gettting there very early in the morning and staying till the end since the teams vary from Mini's to Seniors. We have enjoyed getting to know the cheerleaders and coaches better as well as being able to bring you a sneak peak of what goes on in warm-ups. As a parent it is a side of competition that we usually don't get to see. We hope you have enjoyed the pictures we have captured so far. If there are any shots you would like to see just let us know. I am a little sad that we will only be photographing 2 more complete competitions Cheersport Nationals and Jamlive.
Competition photography is such a rush.........Routine a 2:30 and constant movement in very low light. You can only pull these shots off in manual operation. I love it!!!!!
